My language level is rather basic and I doubt whether I will enrol myself in a program at My Roomie Teacher right now or wait until I learn a little bit by myself first. What should I do?

My Roomie Teacher sets the grounds for being able to study independently once you finish the program, so the sooner you attend one of our programs, the better you will take advantage of the study you perform by yourself once you go back to your country.

Is it necessary to have travel insurance to participate in My Roomie Teacher programs ?

Yes. The insurance policy must cover at least medical expenses on accident, disease, repatriation and third parties liabilities. The choice of the policy falls on the student and My Roomie Teacher does not assume any responsibility for the adequacy of its conditions.

Aside from sharing an apartment with a Language Coach, are there any other accommodation options available?

Living with your Roomie Teacher, is the optimum way to learn a language, so all our programs include this accommodation modality.

Will I share my room my more people?

No. All the rooms offered in our programs are individual.

How many people will I share the apartment with?

Aside from your Roomie Teacher and you, there might be one or two more students more in the apartment, who also need to fulfil the rule of speaking only the studied language.

How can I get to know other people in the destination country?

There are multiple ways to know local people and do language-interchange. Depending on each destination, we will recommend you which ones are the best for the purpose of practicing languages.

What can I do to make the program more economic?

Our programs are already economic as we offer premium quality teaching at standard prices.

Once the program has started, may I increase the number of lessons per day?

Yes, as long as the Language Coach has time availability.

Once the program is over, may I extend its duration for some extra time?

Yes, as long as there are vacancies available. The sooner you tell us you want to extend the duration of the program, the more chances you will have to enjoy for a longer time of your stay at My Roomie Teacher.

Once the program has finished, may I stay in the apartment for a few days more?

Our fees include accommodation from the night of the starting day to the night of the day after their finish. Out of that period, we cannot guarantee in advanced the availability of accommodation. In case of need, you may extend your stay for a few days more at a different fee depending on the destination.

If I pay the program in advance and then I want to change the date, is it possible?

Yes, as long as there are vacancies available for the requested date.
